My website content includes, but is not limited to, journal entry text, peripheral data associated with journal entries, and photographs with their associated captions. All rights to this content are reserved.

Having said that, I also have a deep and abiding affection for the concept of fair use as defined by the courts and enshrined in copyright law, especially as it applies to the Internet. So feel free to quote, excerpt, and perhaps even crib a preview-sized photograph or two, provided all such use is correctly attributed and otherwise fair.

The licensing for my website source code, as hosted on Github, is less restrictive but more complex.

I have made my source code public primarily to facilitate its further development, and (one would hope) my further education in the intricacies of web development.

Despite my best efforts, this code remains highly experimental, and very likely vulnerable to exploitation and attack by multiple vectors. Plus, it's free. Therefore, no warranty is possible; use of this software is entirely at your own risk.

If you still wish to use all or a portion of my source code, you may do so... provided that you abide by the following restrictions:

• The entire source code of your project must be made freely available under a similarly non-restrictive license as my own.
• You may not then sell or otherwise profit from distribution of said project.
• Your use of my code must be fully attributed, with a link to my source code repository or to my website wherever my code appears.
• Your use of my code must be honest, and not an attempt to exploit my own site or others running similar code.
• Your use must not copy the aesthetic form or significant portions of the function of my website in an obvious or easily recognizable manner.
