
My website content includes, but is not limited to, journal entry text, peripheral data associated with journal entries, and photographs with their associated captions. All rights to this content are reserved.
Having said that, I also have a deep and abiding affection for the concept of fair use as defined by the courts and enshrined in copyright law, especially as it applies to the Internet. So feel free to quote, excerpt, and perhaps even crib a preview-sized photograph or two, provided all such use is correctly attributed and otherwise fair.
The licensing for my website source code, as hosted on Github, is less restrictive but more complex.
I have made my source code public primarily to facilitate its further development, and (one would hope) my further education in the intricacies of web development.
